Exchanges & Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Hashtagmuffins, we offer a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package. However, after 7 days, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
To qualify for a full refund, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, we do not provide return shipping labels with our packaging due to the associated costs. Instead, you may seal the item(s) in a regular mailing envelope and affix a postage stamp in the top right corner. Please mail the package to our return address below:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Non-refundable
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been marked 'Shipped.'
