Please read through our shipping policies before placing an order.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer our U.S. customers the option to choose between First Class or Priority Mail shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

USPS First Class Mail: 5-10 business days, does NOT include tracking.

USPS First Class Package: 5-10 business days, includes tracking.

USPS Priorty Mail: 3-5 business days, includes tracking and insured up to $100.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship our prodcuts to our friends residng in Canada and Mexico.

USPS International: 1-4 weeks, includes tracking and delivery confirmation in most countries.
DHL Express: Estimated 1 week, include tracking, delivery confirmation, and insurance.

Before you order

In the event that an item is not currently available, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to restock the item.

Only one code is accepted per transaction. Please make sure you have entered your discount code during the checkout process as we are unable to apply codes or discounts once your order has been placed.

After placing an order

We pack and ship your order within 48 hours after payment completion. Any orders placed on the weekends will be shipped the following Monday.

If you need to modify any details related to shipping, such as the shipping address, name, email, or phone number, please use the contact form provided below. It is important to note that we are NOT held responsible for any undeliverable packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier's database to update the tracking information.

Delivery

We apologize for any issues you may have encountered with your order. If you received a defective or missing item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date indicated on the tracking information) using the contact form provided below.

Please be aware that while we will do our best to assist you, we cannot be held responsible for any damages that may occur during transit.

If your package is returned to us for any reason, such as an incorrect address or unclaimed mail, we will require payment of the shipping fees for reshipping your order. If a refund is warranted, please be aware that the shipping fees are non-refundable.

All orders are shipped from our location in Honolulu, HI. If you have not received your package within 14 business days of it being marked as 'Shipped,' contact your local post office. Please be aware that once the package has been marked as 'Delivered' by USPS or DHL, we cannot be held liable for any delivery-related issues.
